Money
Current revised outlook as of today I will be $1200 short for the Fall. To minimize any further loss I will need to keep weekly groceries at $35 or less and gas at $40 or less. Need to find a way to gain around $800-$1200 by November, or else.

Winter and Spring are still 100% unfunded.

Also will begin using new CC only for online and other select purchases. Should return to using DC for B&M purchases within the next few weeks. Target use of credit line should be 30% or less.

Team
Will continue Forwarding Agenda/Meeting notices.

Will create new “Student Project” sheets outlining possible “Banned Technology” students can put together for their learning projects. Must review all these with Matt.

Also, I really should get a good idea why participation is so low right now. I feel like I know why but I have no proof or evidence of that.

Need to transcribe new student list to Excel, and send to team.

Website
Will purchase newly created $50 3.x 3-mo upgrade pack to get site up to date. Funds will come from K1C account.

After upgrade, will begin planning and re-constructing main website.

Family
Must investigate putting Civil Duty back into use for sister… unfortunately.
Possibly $300 budget in repairs/upgrades to do so using new parts.
Would rather Father found a car instead but Father is beyond unreliable.

School
Need to contact adviser about class choices for the year.
